The value for our money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable, with a unique touch of the old stone walls. The location was peaceful and offered breathtaking views, and the staff treated us like family with their friendly and helpful nature.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The stunning views from our balcony and the panoramic view of the vineyards and valley from the communal areas were absolutely breathtaking. The simple, fresh breakfast with fantastic views of Toscana was delightful. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, providing impeccable service. The wine tour with Dr. was the best we've ever done, and the wines themselves were excellent. We also enjoyed using the communal kitchen facilities and dining al fresco.
Felt spoiled, no complaints.

I recently stayed at Valdonica Winery & Residence in Sassofortino for 5 nights and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The views from the hotel were stunning and the rooms were immaculate with a modern rustic feel. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they even surprised us with rose petals on our bed when they found out it was our honeymoon. The pool was secluded and had a great view, and there were also a couple of great restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The wines from Valdonica were excellent, and we enjoyed learning about them during the Wednesday wine dinners. it was a fantastic location with breathtaking views, comfortable accommodations, and friendly staff.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Situated in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan countryside, this newly opened B&B offers a delightful stay with breathtaking views of the rolling hills and the Mediterranean Sea. The contemporary yet cozy rooms feature ensuite bathrooms and are designed with attention to detail, ensuring a warm and comfortable experience. The friendly and accommodating staff go above and beyond to cater to your needs, providing excellent service throughout your stay. Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast served at a wooden table, accompanied by strong Italian coffee and homemade bread and jams.
There was a minor issue with the air conditioning, as it was automatic and quite loud when turned on.

Our stay at Valdonica was absolutely amazing! The staff were all gorgeous and incredibly accommodating. As gluten intolerant guests, they made sure we were well taken care of with plenty of gluten-free options for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure our dietary needs were met. The room was beautiful with a surprise full kitchen, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The location was serene and the views were breathtaking, especially from the infinity pool. The laid-back atmosphere and warm staff made us feel like part of the Valdonica family.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

The breakfast was amazing, especially the croissants - they were the best we had during our holiday. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was convenient and we loved visiting the local village pub where the owners were so welcoming.
We had a small issue with the fridge in our room, but it didn't bother us much because we could always find a cool bottle of wine in the pool house or restaurant. the dinner was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food, and it felt like the owner's ego took precedence over the comfort of the guests.
